Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT - Payment is due at time of booking and payment must clear before delivery.  Payments include delivery, set up and take down of yard greeting. A trip fee will be added to the cost of your greeting at the time of payment depending on the location. Once we have the address we will let you know.  Trip fees start at $15.00.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS - If for any reason you need to cancel your order you must do so 7 days in advance to receive a payment refund of 50% of your rental amount, or you may receive one full rental credit to use within 12 months of cancelled reservation. All rentals cancelled less than 48 hours in advance forfeit any refund, but will be given one full rental credit to use within 12 months of cancelled reservation.

INCLEMENT WEATHER - We will not be able to deliver your yard card greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up.
 

DELIVERY - The greeting will be delivered the day before your event date unless other arrangements have been made with the Stick With Love Yard Cards. All greetings are typically delivered and set up after 5pm and picked up after 5pm the following day unless there is another agreed upon time.

HOMEOWNER - Please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard greeting. All pets need to be behind a fence or in the house. Ordering an installation for a home that is not your own. You agree to make sure at least one adult is aware we will be installing and knows we are coming BEFORE we arrive. You agree to share our terms and conditions with them, as well as our pre and post installation instructions. Again, for the safety and well being of everyone involved you agree to make sure at least one adult is aware that we will be installing at their location, and that it may be during dark hours of the night.

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS (HOAs), COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC SPACE - You are responsible for obtaining approval from any HOA, community housing management, or public space before installation occurs.

DAMAGE - Any damage, destruction or tampering with the Stick With Love Yard Card greetings is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from Stick With Love Yard Cards. You are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.

PHOTOGRAPHS & SIGNAGE - You understand that photographs will be taken of the signs and your home may appear in the photo (home address/exact location will not be shared) and that a sign containing Stick With Love Yard Cards' information will be installed in the yard in an area outside of the frame of the photo.

POLICIES - You agree to abide by the DOs & DON'Ts located our website (link). Water your grass for 2 days before delivery for best installation. If the installation cannot be safely done due to the ground being too hard cancelation will occur with no refund due to labor and travel. Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display. Our signs will not safely support the weight of a small child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on them. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.  You are responsible for all damages. 

 

DO NOT perform any lawn maintenance while the yard card is on display in your yard. Any damage or staining of signs due to lawn maintenance will be invoiced to you. If you have a LAWN Service that does your lawn maintenance, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up. There will be a $20 cleaning fee if the grass is cut when our signs are up. If our signs or stakes are damaged, you are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced. ​
 

We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration.  However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground, play near the display, or erect bounce houses, slides, waterslides, or any other entertainment activity near the yard card greeting display. If you do, Stick With Love Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property. Any damage to our signage and stands will be invoiced to you.

RUSH ORDERS - Rush and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

• Based on available inventory

• Rush fee may apply

GREETING POLICY - Stick With Love Yard Cards reserves the right to politely and respectfully decline orders that are political, controversial, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.

 

Stick With Love Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set up or removal of any rental.
