Pay to reserve date
Safety first! Let someone know we're coming
Water grass for 2 days before delivery for best install. See Policies section in Terms and Conditions.
Turn off sprinkler timers if they are set during your delivery and pick up day
Put pets away before we arrive
Provide us with the gate code if needed
Make sure your Home Owners Association (HOA) allows the yard card display (No refunds)
Call if you need us
Answer if we need you (Even the GPS gets lost 🙂

Read the don'ts in a sweet loving voice! It makes them more palatable 🙂

Don't touch the display
Don't move the display
Don't hang things on display (this includes balloons)
Don't allow pets near the display
Don't allow kids or adults to lean on the display (they cannot hold the weight)
Please handle lawn maintenance on another day. Grass stains ruin the display. Plus, the lawnmower may think it is something good to eat 🙂
**It is your responsibility to notify your honoree & guests of these simple, yet important rules. It will be your responsibility to pay for damaged displays at the full price for us to replace it with our vendors.
